Nothing weakens the willpower of a ger who needs to lose some fat! I went to the Gym last evening! Reluctantly walked on the treadmill for 25 mins and lost 200 calories. *phew* However, according to the Fat Burner Chart, its gonna take me 3500 calories to burn off a pound of Fat. Long way to gooo!
