I just went for my basic health screening this morning. Did a blood test, and the nurse, a friendly fillipinno lady commented that my veins were too "small", cannot see, and very hard to draw out the blood. I was asked to squeeze this stress ball for like 1 min, to pump up the blood. It wasnt painful, but i went almost breathless waaiting for her to slowly fill up those 3 tubes of blood. Seemed like it took forever! Also had my weight and height measured and bmi says im.. in the normal range. I know this sounds a lil craze but i so wanna be in the slightly "underweight" range again! Ah im so fat. Im so sad.
