My first real life encounter with edison was many years back when he came to SG to promote his debut album, Angel, at Heeren. I quickly grabbed his album at HMV and immediately joined the queue to catch a glimpse of him. Me and my gal fren were super lucky as we were standing really near the stage and along the aisle where he would enter and exit! Not only was i able to see him, i managed to grab his hand. SO happy! His face is soooo smooth. Skin so nice!
I'm shallow! I only liked him for looks. Hehe. But im not ashamed! Cos he is just so damn good looking. :D

Im home from my last lesson on belly dancing. Practised my belly roll until i almost puked out the sotong balls i ate earlier. Still considering if i should carry on level 3, or should i join exotic @ Groove instead. Hmm.. decide after the trial class, with junne.
Was just watching Eternal Sunshine on/of a spotless mind on ch 5 before i went to bed. Weird show. All i knew was Jim Carrey seeing double of himself. -_- Interestingly, this movie creatively used music to create the mood and atmosphere for every scene. The kind of music really plays a big part in movies. This reminded me that when i was little, i attended piano lessons, and my music teacher would always play a short tune and asked me to picture a scene where the piece would best fit. When i listen to jay chou, it always give me a very emo feeling, no matter how many times i listen to it, ill still feel really emo. There are also songs which would remind me of certain people. Point is, i think life would be meaningless and dull without music.

Was surfing the web the other day, i chanced upon Shopping Diva, Patricia Mok's blog, http://www.shopaholicpatmok.blogspot.com/. I thought i should pamper myself for working almost a year now, n get myself a bag. NAy, jus an excuse to buy stuff! Therefore, i decided to splurge on TADAHHH! NEVERFULL!!!
Guess wad? Its Reversible too ya know! Pricing is reasonable too.
But sadly, i called up LV and they told me all 3 sizes sold out. Such a dissappointment. I have to call them back 2 months later. Bah! Maybe by that time, I already over the craze for it. Also good la, can save money.

Yippie! No Mon Blues today! Internet server was down the whole afternoon in my office. Think im the happiest person in the office. Was reading mags and chatting the whole afternoon away, till i was called to attend a discussion. URGH!
The past week.... ... .... Time really flies... ... ..
The past week was really busy for me at work. Finally gotten rid of all my frustrations. Phew. Think Family, Talk Family (TFTF) was finally over last wednesday at Mediacorp Studios. I anticipated that some of the audience would leave during the interval. And yes, my thoughts exactly. I had to pretend as audience participants during the second half of the show and cast votes to the questions asked. So do you know the 5 family values in singapore? No i dont! 5 Cs, maybe lar. =p Real tired that nite. Got home almost midnite. Hope i dont get caught on screen. x_x
The next day was my dept's yearly retreat. Just as i thought it might be a day for me to relax, i was so wrong! Brainstorm the whole day. Gosh. Gimme a break!
Caught the flu bug on fri, probably due to the lack of sleep. :( Had dinner with my cousins and aunt at amoy st, Ban Hiang. The original hokkien mee and ngor hiang. Cousins Ho so irritating! Always ask me "Ger, hows life hows life hows life?!"

Harry Potter on sat nite with weihao! Not so nice leh. Both of us watch until backache man! 2.5 hours show. So dark and so much witch craft. Really not suitable for children. I also scared leh. Hahaha It's the same old boring shit. Every year, harry potter will return to Hogwarts when all the evil starts lurking around him.

Attended sun service at Wesley methodist, youth service. Personally, i dont think the service is great. Dont know why, but there were long pauses in between prayers. Maybe im choosy, need to settle down in one church soon. Too much of church-hopping!
There's a cool cafe at orchard point, inside OG leh! Introduced by rayner , aka foodie. Nice ambience, can see the crowd at centre point. They have games and mags to read there as well. Nice and quiet place for afternoon tea. OG Level 3. Check it out!

Skipped belly dance on FRi for SEAFOOD!

50% off on weekdays! My first time there to Unique! O_~ Selecting the fresh seafood was fun. There was a poor crab, which accidentally fell off onto the floor. While it made its attempt to escape, the owner kicked it to one corner... Aaaaa.. poor crab... I dont wanna be a crab my next life!

MoS with poly pals. Arrive there quite early. Surprisingly no crowd. Saw a bangala dancing Hip Hop on the platform. So hilarious! YO YO YO! We danced for 2 hrs then headed for supper. All of us were tired. Concluded that age is catching up on us. We ended up seating at TCC for another 2 hours. Kiddo almost fell asleep, until dunoe why, a thread of discussion about me liking ugly and fat guys started. -__- Who ever said i like ugly and fat guys? :( Prefer bak bak guys thats all. Nicer to hug mah. Jus like a huge teddy! :)
Shopping SPREE!
Bought a purrrrfect tee that reads "Not Spoilt. Just well taken care of." This shop in bugis street sells all those provocative tees. Cool!
Maybe i should get "Too many boys, too little time!" hahaha I wish lor ;p

Comparing to school days, life was once filled with so much fun and satisfaction whenever you complete assignments, participate in some competition, study hard and play hard after exams, joining some activities in school and meeting loads of new people! I felt that i have acomplished quite abit by the time i graduated from uni. But since then, I dont think i have achieved much for the past one year. Although I really feel blessed cos throughout the past one year, I grew much closer to my family, frens and closer to God. Ive been praying and going to church quite a bit. I will continue to do so.
Time to start planning for my future and set some goals.
I want to wake up feeling motivated and "thrilled" everyday.

It was a boring sat afternoon... until my dad told me he has 6 complimentary tickets for Back To Basics 2007- Christina Aguilera's concert! Cool! So wanted to buy the tickets but its really abit pricy. Dont wish to part with my hard-earned $.
Hooray! Went for the concert and I sat very near to stage. Actual price $148! Side view though, but close enough. Delighted :)
The concert was 1.5 hrs. Ended at 10pm Sharp! She sang quite a number of familiar hits, newer ones like "Candyman",Aint no other man". All time favs, Beautiful, What a Girl Wants, Dirrrty, Lady Marmalade (Voulez vous coucher avec moi ce soir?;p). Not only does she have a powerful vocal, this petite bombshell is Hot! Her heels are almost 5 inches lah! She seems nice when she introduced her songs and said Hello to Singapore, no airs at all, unlike some other divas! She appeared mostly in high waiste hot pants, coset, glitters and lace. The very classic look. Strangely, they also showed a very obscene mvt titled "I'm in trouble", during the short intervals. Err.. it looks quite porn to me. Try to seach YouTube. You may find it. Sex sells. HaHA.
